“Listening Monitor” Sound That Excels in Every Situation

The previous models in the “Monitor” series have been tuned with various music production environments in mind, such as stage and studio monitoring. However, when looking back at legendary IEMs of the past, we took note of how many monitor-type earphones have also been widely loved for casual listening.
With this in mind, RS FIVE respects the iconic sound of those classic models while elevating it to modern standards. 
The result is a tuning that offers monitoring performance suitable for professional use, while also allowing general consumers to easily enjoy its appeal.

Myrinx EL-B Driver Delivers All-Round Acoustic Performance

Developed under the design philosophy of the “Listening Monitor,” the newly designed Myrinx EL-B driver builds upon the foundation of the previous Myrinx EL. 
To deliver a sound that balances rich bass, smooth and nuanced vocals, and a distinct yet refined treble all while preserving a natural sense of space and atmosphere the diaphragm features a thinly formed dome made of beryllium alloy. Compared to previous driver units, this enables even more accurate monitoring performance.

High-Durability Body Combining 3D-Printed and Metal Components

This model introduces a completely redesigned body structure, moving away from traditional molding to a 3D-printed shell. 
Made from high-clarity, medical-grade transparent resin, the clear shell offers both an IEM-like refined appearance and exceptional durability. 
The nozzle is crafted from stainless steel, chosen for its hardness rivaling titanium, which helps suppress unwanted resonance and ensures precise sound reproduction. 
Paired with an intricately shaped aluminum faceplate, both components are buff-polished to create a unified, luxurious metallic sheen. 
Maintaining the compact body size that defines the series, the housing is ergonomically designed to naturally fit a wide variety of ear shapes.

Silver-Coated Dedicated Earphone Cable "ARM021" and High-Reliability Pentaconn Ear Long-Type Connectors

The RS FIVE comes equipped with a dedicated earphone cable crafted from silver-coated high-purity Litz wire woven with Kevlar fibers. 
To improve flexibility and usability, the cable is jacketed in a soft PU material and twisted to enhance durability and reduce the risk of breakage. 
All grip components of the connectors are unified in metal, giving the cable a refined finish suitable for a flagship model.
For connectors, it adopts the Pentaconn Ear an IEM connector developed and manufactured
by Nippon Dics Co., Ltd. 
Which is renowned for its superior audio performance and reliability. 
Compared to traditional MMCX connectors, Pentaconn Ear ensures tighter contact between the plug and jack, resulting in improved conductivity.
It also achieves an ideal balance of secure fit and easy detachment.
The RS FIVE specifically uses the Pentaconn Ear Long-Type, designed to prevent sweat intrusion into the connector area. 
Compared to other connector types, Pentaconn Ear offers higher durability against wear and sweat-related corrosion, minimizing connection issues. 
In the event of cable damage, the detachable structure allows for quick and easy cable replacement emphasizing practical usability and long-term reliability.

AET Eartips for Superior Fit and Acoustic Experience

Included with the RS FIVE are two types of high-performance eartips: the silicone-based "AET07," which is also used as a reference during Acoustune earphone development, and the foam-type "AET02," which offers exceptional sealing properties. 
Both are designed to provide an excellent fit while preserving audio quality, ensuring a comfortable and immersive listening experience.

New Packaging Style

The RS FIVE comes with a compact faux leather carrying case, 
the same type used with the AS2002 (USB-DAC).
There is no outer box; instead, the product is presented in Acoustune's first-ever aluminum sleeve packaging for a sleek and modern finish.
