Refund policy

Returns
Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot process any refunds.

Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene and health concerns, all earpad sales are final, with no exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom IEMs, tube amplifiers, blind boxes, gift boxes, clearance sale items, and special orders are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us with your order ID and reason for return. All authorized returns must returned back to us within 15 days after a return request has been approved.

International Orders: Returns are accepted only if the product is not as described. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply—please refer to our restocking fee policy below for details.

Transaction Fees: Any non-recoverable transaction fees charged by credit card companies or PayPal will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Deductions: If free shipping was selected at checkout, a shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is not as described or becomes defective within 30 days, we will replace it with a similar product. After 30 days, it is covered under a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Restocking Fee 
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.

Case 1: Change of Mind (Item in Original Condition)

The customer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.

Restocking fee: Up to 20% of item's price

Case 2: Change of Mind (Item Not in Original Condition)

If a customer returns an item within the return window after changing their mind, but the item is received damaged, missing accessories, or significantly different from its original condition at the time of shipment, adjustments may be made to the refund.

Restocking fee: Up to 50% of item's price


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
